Packet Pick-Up

Packet pickup will be available on race day as well as the Thursday before race day.

Thursday Pick-up – October 12th

Thursday packet pick ups will be open from 4:30 PM to 6:30PM and located in the parking lot of:
Executive Plaza IV
11350 McCormick Road
Hunt Valley, MD 21031
(look for our tent in the parking lot near Texas Roadhouse)

Race Day Pick-up

Race day packet pick up will begin at 6:30am and continue on throughout the morning. Please arrive with enough time to pick up your packet but be aware that you may not be able to enter the race gates until 30 minutes before your assigned start time.

About Chip Timing

The Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k runs are bib chip-timed by Blue Cheetah Timing. You will receive your bib chip in your bag at Packet-Pickup. You MUST have your bib chip on race day to get an official result. NO CHIP = NO TIME!

Discount Premium Hoodie Option

We’ve heard you! You've said you are tired of getting another cheap race shirt that you never wear, so in lieu of that we offer runners an optional upgrade to purchase a premium River Valley Run race hoodie for only $35 during online registration (with an order cut off date of Sept 15th while supplies last). If you would like to add the hoodie to an existing registration, simply log into your RunSignup account and add it there. If supplies last we may also have limited sizes available at packet pickup or race day for an increased cost.

Final Race Commemorative Tshirt!

To honor the legacy of the River Valley Run and our shared memories from the 16 YEARS(!) of trail races at RVR, we've created a special limited edition, commemorative race tee that's only $18 for this year's runners (order cut off date of Sept 15th while supplies last)! If you would like to add this shirt to an existing registration, simply log into your RunSignup account and add it there. If supplies last we may also have limited sizes available at packet pickup or race day.

NOTE: If you are NOT running this year but would still like to purchase a commemorative race shirt we've also made them available on the RVR online store for presale HERE >>. RVR store orders will not be shipped until after the October 14th race event.

Volunteers

Race volunteers needed! We are looking for high school students and older to help with registrations, race set-up and tear-down, the post-race round-up, and much more. If you are interested in volunteering, you can find and register for a position on our Volunteer Page.
