Retreat Rates & Info
A standard River Valley Ranch retreat includes the following items/services: lodging, meals, use of a group meeting space with our basic AV package (projector, sound system, & one microphone), use of the gymnasium, sports playing fields, and a complimentary campfire! Our retreat coordinator will match your group with the housing facilities that best fit your group's size and needs. Additional activities and Extras are available a la carte (see below).
Retreat facility rentals are only available in the Fall & Spring, September to December and April to May.

Base Rates
River Valley Ranch retreat pricing (per person) is dependent on the size of your group and number of nights/meals for which you are staying. Custom quotes are also available.

Activity Fees
Availability and weather permitting, below is the pricing and basic information for all of the additional activities RVR offers to retreat guest groups. Visit our Retreat Activities page for more information on each. These costs would be in addition to the base rates above:

- *Paintball prices include all necessary equipment, plus one free paint refill. Additional paint refills will cost extra.
- **Special educational trail rides are also available. These are $30/person and last for 1 hour (includes a short lesson, horse care, and a trail ride)
