Retreat Rates & Info
A standard River Valley Ranch retreat includes the following items/services: lodging for 2 nights, 5 meals, use of a group meeting space with our basic AV package (projector, sound system, & one microphone), use of sports playing fields, and a complimentary campfire! Our retreat coordinator will help match your group with the housing facilities that best fit your group's size and needs. Additional activities and Extras are available a la carte (see below).
Retreat facility rentals are only available in the Fall & Spring, October to November and March to April.
Facility Rental at RVR
As a Christian ministry, our property is used to fulfill our faith-based mission. We occasionally make our facilities available to outside groups when it does not interfere with ministry operations. All facility use must align with our Christian values and beliefs. We welcome non-religious groups whose purposes are consistent with our standards, but we do not permit use by groups promoting religious beliefs or practices contrary to our own.
Retreat Rates
River Valley Ranch retreat pricing (per person) is dependent on the size of your group and number of nights/meals for which you are staying, and which RVR campus is booked for your stay. Activity fees are in addition to base rate.

Activity Fees
Availability and weather permitting, below is the discounted activity pricing exclusively offered to RVR's overnight retreat guest groups. Activities must be booked in advance at the rates below, which are in addition to the base rates for lodging and meals above. Visit our Retreat Activities page for more information on each activity.
