Frontier Extreme Rancher Summer Camp

Where East meets West!! You’ll be at teen summer camp in Maryland, but it’ll feel like you're out in the Wild West. During the week, Extreme Rancher Campers will participate in rodeo-themed activities such as team penning, barrel racing, and chute-dogging as well as unmounted horsemanship lessons, arena riding lessons, and trail rides. On top of that, as with all Frontier Town camps, they will experience many other exciting camp-wide activities like pool parties, meals, games, services, free time, and more!

Camp Activities Include:

With activities facilitated by trained, quality, caring staff, and under the supervision of a CHA Certified Instructor, all of RVR's horsemanship activities emphasize safety, fun, and confidence. RVR’s Horse Center includes 3 riding arenas (1 indoor for rainy days) and miles of well-maintained trails. Daily riding lessons with an emphasis on rodeo events allow Extreme Rancher Campers to advance their riding skills through instruction, practice, and fun mounted games designed to reinforce skills taught during each lesson.

Other Activities May Include:

Extreme Rancher Campers have daily free time during which they can choose to enjoy the pool, crafts, and gym, as well as sign-up for activities such as the zipline, as well as numerous actities in which they join in with the other Frontier Town camps. Certain activities are weather-permitting, have limited space available, or have an additional cost.
