Camp registration opens to the public on October 1 for the following summer. Online registration is preferred, but a mail or fax form is also available. (We do not accept registration by phone.)

Sessions are filled first come, first served, so it’s best to register as soon as possible.

RVR offers a variety of programs for different age groups:

• Overnight Camp (ages 7-17):
  • Cadets (ages 7-9)
  • Fort Roller (ages 9-12)
  • Frontier Town (ages 13-17)
  • TNT (ages 14-17)
• Day Camp (ages 4-10):
  • Scouts and Ranchers (ages 4-6)
  • Explorers and Pioneers (ages 7-10)

• If a camp program in your desired week is full, please contact our office at 443-712-1010 or info@rivervalleyranch.com to add them to the waitlist.
• Your camper is not officially registered or on the waitlist until the office confirms your request.
• Families are contacted in the order they join the waitlist when a spot becomes available.
• Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot, so we encourage families to plan accordingly.

Q: Will I be charged while my camper is on the waitlist?
A: No. You are not charged until your camper is officially enrolled in a session. If you were unable to make a deposit or payment during registration, this means your camper is not yet registered.

Q: Can I hold multiple weeks on the waitlist?
A: Yes! You can join the waitlist for multiple weeks, but each week is independent. If your camper is offered a spot, you’ll need to confirm enrollment before moving to the next week.

Q: Do waitlist families get any special considerations?
A: Families who join the waitlist before the pre-registration period ends will still be eligible for any early registration discounts if a spot opens up.

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online, fax, and mail-in registrations.

We also accept checks for mailed registrations.

Yes. Financial Aid, in the form of partial assistance grants, is available on a limited basis and in varying amounts. It is our desire that no camper miss out on an RVR experience due to financial circumstances; however, because aid is limited, we encourage families to seek support from alternative sources like relatives, churches, or community groups. We also offer the following discounts (available upon request and may require validation):

• Refer-a-Friend Discount – Receive $50 off for referring a first-time Overnight Camper ($25 off for Day Camp), or for being referred as a first-time camper by a current one! Siblings and scholarship recipients are not eligible. To claim this discount, email info@rivervalleyranch.com with the names of both your camper and the camper being referred (please list camper names, not parent names). Once confirmed, the discount will be applied to both accounts.

• Military & First Responders Discount – Available for children of active military, veterans, law enforcement officers, paramedics, EMTs, and firefighters. Save $50 off Overnight Camp or $25 off Day Camp. Contact our office to confirm eligibility and have the discount applied.

Register early to secure your camper’s spot and lock in payment flexibility.

• Before May 1: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at registration to hold your camper’s spot. The remaining balance is due by May 1. Payment plans are available.

• After May 1: Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Late Payments:

• A $25 late fee will be applied to any unpaid balances after May 1.

• Balances must be paid in full by June 1, or your registration may be canceled.
