RVR’s family camp creates opportunities for intentional and focused interaction between parents and children. Families will have the opportunity to experience some of RVR’s exciting activities, beautiful landscapes, family meals, and quality time together. Join us this fall and let RVR be part of your family while making memories that will last a lifetime!

WHO? Families of 3 or more (8 max)
WHEN? Oct 9-11
WHERE? RVR's newly renovated Fort Roller Campus
CHECK-IN? Friday from 6:30-7:30pm
CHECK-OUT? Sunday at 11am
COST? *Rental Fee* + $100/person (all-inclusive)
* Wagon=$300, Teepee=$400, Bunkhouse=$700
** If RVR must cancel due to severe weather forecast, decision will be made 2-3 days before the weekend.
Lodging Options
Families will get to choose between one of the 3 lodging accommodations (photos below). All lodgings feature bunk style beds (bedding not provided) and while the teepees and wagons are not climate-controlled they are completely shaded in the woods:
- Fort Roller Bunkhouse – sleeps 8 comfortably, air conditioned, two attached private bathrooms
- Arrowhead Woods Teepee – sleeps 8, detached bathhouse w/ private bathrooms
- Conestoga Woods Wagon – sleeps 6, detached bathhouse w/ private bathrooms

Your weekend schedule will provide plenty to do but leaves room for you to choose the options that best fit your family. Sample activities may include:
- family devotions
- camp-wide family activities
- hay ride
- nature hike
- archery
- low ropes course
- playground
- geocaching
- scavenger hunt
- campfires
Your family will also get the chance to participate in at least one of the following signature RVR activities! Share your preference during registration and we will do our best to accomodate based on availability.
Zipline – Come ride on our 1500’ triple zipline! This activity will leave you talking for months. Parents can listen to their kids laugh as they zip over the valley. Kids can listen to their parents scream taking that leap off the platform. Recommended for children 7 & up (45-250lbs).
Paintball – Ready for a little competition and comradery? Play a game a paintball as work together to capture the other teams flag. Recommended for ages 10 & up. Adaptations can be made for younger children.
Hay Ride – A relaxing and scenic ride your whole family can experience together right on RVR property. A great passive activity to just talk and be together as you enjoy the countryside.

Family Camp Registration Info
There must be at least one responsible adult from your group with your family members at all times during your stay. Adults are responsible for the supervision and safety of their family members, especially in regard to helping minors and young children follow the current state and county guidelines for COVID-19 safety. Guests will only be allowed to participate in activities/meals/etc with their family group.
