Trail Running Resolutions - Motivation #2

#2 TRY A HEALTHY PRE-TRAIL RUN FUEL

Pick one (unsweetened) liquid (1.5 cups)

- almond, soy, coconut, hemp, rice milk

- coconut water

Choose your greens (1 big handful)

- kale, spinach, collards, swiss chard, beets greens

Choose your fruit (1-2 cups frsh or frozen)

- banana, apple, melon, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango, pear, peach

Supercharge it!! (add as many as your want)

- protein powder, chai seed, hemp seed, sesame seed, avocado, coconut oil, nut butter, raw cacao, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla

Add Sweetness

- stevia, raw agave, chopped dates
