Zipline in Maryland
Look no further for your next Maryland zipline experience. Zipline rides can vary dramatically depending on the location, staff, scenery, length, speed, and smoothness of ride— all of which we've taken into account with our zipline at RVR! Located in the scenic rolling hills of northern Carroll County, in Central Maryland, and an easy drive from Baltimore, Frederick, and other surrounding cities, this activity is one that keeps groups coming back to RVR and is sure to quench your thirst for adventure.
Maryland’s Longest Triple Zipline
Of the many outdoor experiences & adventures offered at RVR, the Triple Zipline is our most well-known activity. Measuring in at 1500' long, it is the longest zipline in Maryland and one of the longest on the east coast, nearly a third of a mile!
After a short hike up to the take off platform with our trained and certified adventure staff, you'll fly side-by-side-by-side with two friends over a beautiful valley view and over the Gunpowder Fall River. From there our zipSTOP system will gradually slow you down and bring you in smoothly to our zipline exit pad. All of RVR's outdoor adventure activities meet and exceed ACCT standards. It's safe, fun, and truly an experience to remember!
