We have heard you! You've said you are tired of getting another cheap race shirt that you seldom wear. This will mean we will not be offering a cheap shirt with registration (we hope you will take advantage of the upgrade offer). NOTE: Shirt guaranteed to first 800 registrants. After that availability may be limited. If shirts are available on race day, they will cost $25. The shirt color will be Carbon Heather. IMPORTANT FIT INFO FOR WOMEN'S SHIRT: The style of this shirt is more fitted so if you prefer a slightly looser fit, order one size up.
Cancellation Policy
The River Valley Run does not allow for refunds or transfers of entry fee. We understand that circumstances arise after you have registered for a race that would keep you from participating. The River Valley Run has several different options to assist with this:
DEFERMENT
If you become injured or circumstances arise that keep you from participating in the River Valley Run in any capacity in 2013, you may defer your race entry until 2014. There is a $10 processing fee to do so. To take advantage of this offer, please either mail (with check) or FAX (with credit card) the DEFERMENT FORM stating your request. If paying by check, make it payable to River Valley Ranch and mail to:

(This process cannot be completed via email or phone as we need written confirmation and payment to process your request.) Your deferment confirmation will be emailed to you. When registration opens in April 2014, you will need to print out an entry form and either fax or mail it in with a note that you deferred from last year. ALL DEFERMENT REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITH PAYMENT BY August 9. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DOWNGRADE
If you would like to switch from the 10k to the 5k, you may downgrade but you will not be given a refund for the difference in entry fee. To do so, email (run@rivervalleyranch.com) your request and we will make the change in the system. Your new race confirmation will be emailed to you.
TRANSFERS
We do not allow any transfers of entry fee to someone else.
