Description: (Ages 14-17) River Valley Ranch consists of three camps on one property: Frontier Town is home to campers ages 12-17, Fort Roller houses campers ages 9-12, and Arrowhead Woods houses campers ages 7-9. The TNT staff will not be limited to one camp, but are broken into different crews that are assigned to meet specific camp needs. Each crew will live together, work together, and grow together in their walks with Christ under the leadership of their Crew Chief. A program is put in place to entertain, challenge, and disciple these young men and women. These positions require a 4 week commitment.

Field Crew: This crew is composed of 12 male staff. These young men will be responsible for farming, landscaping, fencing, upkeep of camp grounds, and general maintenance. This crew will live in dorm style setting in Frontier Town.

Store Crew: This crew is composed of 10 female staff. These young women will be responsible for running, cleaning and stocking snack shop and camp store for campers of Frontier Town. These stores are open during free time in the afternoons and during the evenings during snack shop hour. This crew will live in a bunkhouse above the store and snack shop area in Frontier Town.

Kitchen Crew (2 crews): The kitchen crew is composed of 6 male staff. These young men will be responsible for dish washing and general cleanliness of the kitchen for either Fort Roller or Frontier Town. There are 3 meals a day for campers and 3 meals a day for the staff. This crew will live in a Farm house located in the middle of Frontier Town.

Dining Crew (2 crews): This crew is composed of 8 female staff. These young women will be responsible for waitressing meals, setting tables, cleaning dining hall, re-filling trays in the buffet line, re-filling drink pitchers, and assisting kitchen staff in the service of the food. There is one crew at Fort Roller and one crew at Frontier Town. Frontier Town crew will stay in a cabin in Frontier Town and the Fort Roller crew will stay above the dining hall in a dorm style setting and will also serve as the Fort Roller Housekeeping crew.

Housekeeping Crew: This crew is composed of 5 female staff. These young women will be responsible for re-stocking and cleaning the cabins, bathrooms, meeting areas, and offices camp wide. Along with selling snow cones at the “Ice Wagon” every afternoon except for Sunday. This crew will live in a cabin in Frontier Town.
